All assessment, product, and protocol sales are final. Payments made for assessments, evaluations, or wellness testing are non-refundable under all circumstances. Appointments may be rescheduled, if needed, but refunds are not provided for cancellations, missed appointments, or changes in availability.
Payment is due at the time of booking all appointments, unless you have an approved payment schedule on file. Clients on a payment schedule are responsible for making payments according to the agreed-upon terms.
